Who We Are（私たちは）
Asahi & Yuji — We live in a small town in Fukuoka Prefecture, Kyushu. For years we hosted guests from around the world in our home, and we learned first-hand how confusing Japan's property world looks from the outside — and how much easier it becomes with someone local who can visit a house, talk to the agent, read the paperwork, and tell you honestly what they see.
JapanHomeBridge is our way of doing that properly: information, coordination, viewings support and practical help, while every transaction itself is handled by licensed Japanese real-estate professionals.
旭と雄二 — 私たちは九州・福岡県の小さな町に住んでいます。 長年、自宅で世界中からのゲストを迎えるなかで、日本の不動産の世界が海外からどれほど分かりにくく見えるか、 そして、現地で実際に家を見に行き、業者と話し、書類を読み、見たままを正直に伝えられる人がいるだけで、 どれほど楽になるかを身をもって学びました。 JapanHomeBridgeは、それをきちんとした形でお手伝いするための私たちのサービスです。 情報提供、調整、内見のサポート、実務的なお手伝いを私たちが担当し、 取引そのものはすべて免許を持つ日本の不動産専門家が行います。

This service does not replace the role of licensed real-estate professionals — and it isn't meant to. Our part is to make the wider process around property research, viewing support, communication, setup, and ownership easier to understand and manage for overseas clients.
このサービスの目的は、免許を持つ不動産専門家の役割を置き換えることではありません。 むしろ、海外のお客様にとって、物件調査、内見に関するサポート、コミュニケーション、利用準備、所有後の実務といった周辺プロセスを、 より分かりやすく、整理しやすくすることを目的としています。
How This Began（きっかけ）
A few years ago we helped our friend John — who lives in England — buy his own old house in Kitakyushu, and we realised how many people overseas need the same kind of help.
数年前、イギリスに住む友人のジョンが北九州で古い家を買うのを手伝ったことがきっかけで、 海外にはこうしたサポートを必要としている人がたくさんいると気づきました。
Why JapanHomeBridge Exists（JapanHomeBridgeの目的）
For many overseas buyers, the difficulty is not simply finding a property. The bigger challenge is often understanding how to compare options, receive viewing support from abroad, communicate clearly, and handle the practical realities that follow.
多くの海外のお客様にとって、難しいのは単に物件を見つけることではありません。 候補物件を比較し、海外から内見に関するサポートを受け、円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、 その後に続く実務的な現実に対応することの方が、より大きな課題であることが多いです。
That's the part we help with. We look after the information and practical side of the journey, while licensed agents handle the brokerage, negotiation, contract, and legal transaction side.
私たちがお手伝いするのは、その部分です。情報面と実務面のサポートを私たちが担い、 仲介・交渉・契約・法的取引の部分は免許を持つ宅建業者が担当します。
