The Short Version（要点）

JapanHomeBridge is a small personal service run by two people. We keep only what we need to reply to you and to keep the site working, we don't run ads or third-party trackers, and we never sell or share your information.

Enquiries（お問い合わせ）

When you send a message through the contact form, we store what you give us — your name, email address, country, phone number if you add one, and your message — together with the IP address it was sent from. It stays in our own system and is used only to reply to you and keep track of the conversation. Delivery of the emails themselves is handled by Brevo, our email provider; they process the messages we send and nothing more.

Accounts（アカウント）

If you register an account, we store your email address, your username, a secure hash of your password (we can't see the password itself), whether your email address has been verified, and the IP address you registered from. This is used to sign you in and keep the account safe — nothing else.

Cookies（クッキー）

The site sets cookies only to keep you signed in and to protect forms from misuse. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts.

Visit Records（アクセスの記録）

To see how many people visit the site, we record the date and the visitor's IP address for each visit to the public pages, and we derive an approximate country from that IP address using a database stored on our own server. The IP address is never sent to any outside service. An IP address counts as personal data under laws such as the UK and EU GDPR, so these records are treated with the same care as everything else here.

Country lookup uses IP Geolocation by DB-IP (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0), running entirely on our own server.

Sharing（第三者への提供）

We don't sell, rent, or share your information. The only third parties that touch any of it are the services that keep the site running: our hosting provider, and Brevo for delivering email.
